Introducing our Small Group Training, designed for a maximum of four participants, ensuring personalized attention and a supportive community. Led by an experienced trainer, each session is crafted to boost strength through dynamic workouts and foster overall well-being

Two 1hr sessions a week over an 8 week period for a total of 16 sessions. only $30 per session.

We have multiple time slots to accommodate busy schedules. Choose from 12p.m-1p.m Tuesdays/Friday, and 4:30-5:30p.m Monday/ Wednesday
