Passed away peacefully, with her husband at her side, at Hospice
Wellington in Guelph, on Monday, December 9, 2019 at the age of 70.
Beloved wife and best friend of Greg Cook and her sister-in-law Sherrie
Lee Hawley.
Special thanks to the staff and volunteers at Hospice Wellington, the LHIN
and Bayshore Health for their compassionate care and support.
Cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial service held at the
Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St. on
Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 11am.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to The Toronto Wildlife
Centre, Hospice Wellington or the Canadian Cancer Society. Donation cards
