Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Roy Hewitt (1997) and the late Harry Peavoy (2010).
Loved mother of Norm (Colleen), Al (Eleanor), Scott (Kay) and Steven (Kelly). Loving grandmother of Aaron, Nathan, Mark, Lynn, Beth, Brent, Carla, Alisha, Andrew, Michael, Damien, Anastasia, and Seth. Fondly remembered by many great grandchildren. Norma was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Predeceased by daughter Gayle, son Wayne and her siblings Leonard, George, Charles, Margaret and Ruby. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Norma’s life will be held at Trinity United Church, 400 Stevenson St. N., Guelph on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at 1:30 pm. Reception to follow in the church hall. Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 519-822-0051.
