Passed away peacefully at Guelph General Hospital in Guelph, on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at the age of 86. Predeceased by her husband Ron (2017). Cherished mother of Mark (Anna) and John (Dawn) of Guelph. Beloved grandmother to Brittany, Andrew, Connor and Logan. Loving sister to Ron and Joanne and the late Shirley and Bruce.
Elaine was a well-respected and beloved teacher at St. Patrick’s Catholic School in Guelph, Ontario for many years. She thrived in this career and was an inspiration to her students.
Visitation will take place at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 2 – 4 p.m., followed by a chapel service and committal at 4 p.m.
