Bob (Robert) Allen Soveran, 76, passed away suddenly in his home on Thursday, February 13th in Guelph, Ontario. He is predeceased by his loving wife, Joanne (nee Gross), who passed away May 10th, 2010. Bob missed his wife dearly and joined her in heaven on their wedding anniversary of 45 years. Bob is survived by his son, Terry Allen Soveran, (Carol), grandchildren (Rachel, Dylan, Rhiannon), daughter, Tammy Marie Soveran (George), grandchildren (Ashley (husband, Andrew) and Lucas), along with brothers, sisters, and several nieces and nephews who live in Western Canada. He is survived by many close friends who form part of his family circle. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 21, 2020, at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, Ontario. A reception lunch will be held in the Fellowship Lounge of the funeral home following the service to welcome family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations to Breathe the Lung Association are accepted. Cards are available at the funeral home.
