Richard Malcolm Williams Born 3 May 1960 in Chelmsford, England, Moved to Canada in June 1960 as an infant. Died of ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Lou Gehrig's) on 18 March 2016 in Wellington Hospice, Guelph, Ontario surrounded by family. Son of Richard Kenneth Williams (deceased) and Irene Williams. Brother of Karin Williams (Jerry Johnston), Siona Sullivan (Joseph) and Duncan Williams (Alison Found). Uncle to Brendan, Ryan and Sean Sullivan, Heather, Lauren and Nick. Johnston Staff and home provider to Rock the cat Malcolm was a generous, fun-loving, compassionate, loyal, argumentative, advice giving, outdoor loving, hockey and golf playing, intelligent, helpful, vigorous, vibrant man who will be missed terribly by his family and a multitude of friends in Guelph and scattered around the world. Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. A Celebration of Malcolm’s Life will be at 3:00 p.m. in the Hart Chapel. Following the service, everyone is invited in the Fellowship Lounge at the Funeral Home, for a reception.
