On March 10, 2020 at 5:46 p.m., [it is alleged that] an adult male was observed with his pants down looking into the open window of a ground floor unit bathroom of an apartment building located near the downtown core of the City of Guelph. At that time, a 15-year-old female was in the bathroom showering and changing.
Police attended the scene but were unable to locate the male. However, further investigation determined the identity of the male.
On March 11, at 7:14 p.m., police located the male in the downtown core and he was subsequently arrested.
A 59-year-old Guelph male has been charged with:
• Voyeurism
• Breach probation
He will appear in court on April 28.
