On March 4, 2020, at 3:43 p.m., police observed a vehicle drifting into the bike lane as it was driving near the intersection of Clair Road East and Gordon Street in the City of Guelph.
Police initiated a traffic stop and spoke with the adult male driver, who ultimately failed an Approved Screening Device roadside breath test. He was subsequently arrested.
A 54 year old Guelph male has been charged with Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration.
He will appear in court on March 20th.
