On Feb. 12, 2020, a 13 year old female was followed by a vehicle driven by an adult male while walking to a Guelph elementary school.
On Feb. 26, the female was again followed while walking to school by the male.
Further investigation revealed the identity of this male.
On March 5, police located the male at his workplace and he was subsequently arrested.
An 18 year old male from Elora has been charged with Criminal Harassment.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing on March 5.
