Premier Doug Ford is slated to make an announcement at 1 p.m. today in Ajax, Ontario.
According to a media advisory issued by the provincial government, Ford's announcement will concern long-term care capacity.
The premier will be joined by Dr. Merrilee Fullerton, Minister of Long-Term Care, Shaun Collier, Mayor of Ajax, and Sharon Cochran, Chair of the Lakeridge Health Board of Trustees, to make the announcement on building long-term care capacity.
