It happened just after 7 p.m., yesterday evening.

"It’s the second time in five years that a transport has had an accident at that corner. Last time it was the snow banks that saved the houses on the corner and slowed the transport down enough to stop before the apartment building. This time there was too much melt that happened and there was no banks there to stop him," reader Pam Voght told BayToday.
