Shawn, Glenn, Crystal and Mac will host you at Guelph's Premier Escape Room Facility. As soon as you enter the front door you are in another dimension, a place in between worlds. A special, hidden place, only accessible to those that know the secrets of the Society.
Centrally located in downtown Guelph, Fantescapes was the first escape room gaming facility in Guelph, and it has it all. Unique, immersive escape rooms, puzzles everywhere and a boutique featuring "geeky" art and craft items fan merchandise, instruments and steampunk items.
There are hidden mind benders, ever-changing puzzles, comfy furniture and a warm friendly atmosphere, all with a geeky, steampunk twist. Relax in the lobby and wait for your game to begin or hang out after your escape, have a coffee and chat with friends about your experience.
Owners Shawn and Glenn have over 40 years of business experience between them. Shawn is an accomplished artist and game designer. Glenn is a distance education instructor with the University of Guelph with a PhD in horticultural studies. Both Shawn and Glenn have run a successful non-profit organization (Faery Fest Inc.) for 10 years and created numerous other community events as well as being involved in the LARP and gaming community.
