Holiday bus service switches to on-demand on April 15

Guelph Transit is introducing on-demand bus service on Good Friday, April 15.

Holiday service will permanently switch to on-demand holiday service on May 23, alongside the route 99 Mainline, which will be increased on holidays, running every 30 minutes.

How it works
Pre-book a ride with transit from any existing fixed-route stop across Guelph and the bus will pick you up at a time of your choosing.
On-demand service does not stop at overlapping stops of the 99 Mainline route along Woolwich, Norfolk and Gordon Streets, except at Woodlawn Smart Centre, Guelph Central Station, the University Centre or the Clair Road at Gordon Street stop where you will be able to complete your trip using the 99.

Book a ride for April 15

Download the ‘On-demand your way’ app from either the App Store or Google Play

Call an On-demand booking agent at 519-822-1811, prompt 5. Booking agents will be available on April 15 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to help book rides.
