The City will be reconstructing the dirt trail running through Silvercreek Park from the existing Wellington Street West crosswalk at Holliday Street to the Wellington Street Dam. The new trail will be a three-metre-wide asphalt trail that is accessible and winter maintainable. This construction project is anticipated to start mid-September and take approximately four to six weeks, weather permitting.
During this time the trail and the associated crosswalk are to be closed. Please be advised Transit Stop ID 6066 Wellington at Holliday eastbound will be closed during construction; passengers are asked to use Stop ID 6079 Wellington at Dublin eastbound instead.
