Mocha
Mocha is my name, and I like to play, If you throw my toy I like to chase it away.
I don’t really like to bring toys back to you, SO it’s good exercise for both of us, too!
I LOVE to get pets, ear scratches are the best, But wait so are belly rubs…and anywhere you can get the quickest!
I have a heart murmur that is being monitored right now, But that hasn’t stopped or slowed me down.
I like to chat, I’d even greet you at the door, Then follow you around the house while we explore.
I can be nervous around other animals, so I’d like the solo life for me, I’d love to be the centre of attention, your fur baby I could be.
When I’m not playing, lying beside you on the couch is great, We could watch movies, have snacks, and stay up nice and late.
I have a thyroid condition, which I manage with special food and meds, They keep me happy, healthy, and purring for all my friends.
I’m a homebody who’s ready for a family just for me, I can’t wait to meet you, oh how happy I will be!
The GHS contactless adoptions have been so successful – they have given over 700 pets a loving #HappyTail during COVID-19! Virtual and/or phone adoption meetings will happen by appointment only.
If you think MOCHA would be a good match for your home, check out the GHS contactless adoption process at guelphhumane.ca.
Not able to adopt? Consider donating toward the care of GHS animals at guelphhumane.ca/get-involved/donate.
