Yoda

To handsome Yoda, say hello you must! Yoda came to the shelter in March when his owner could no longer take care of him.

Yoda is incredibly sweet and simply wants to be in your arms and on your lap all the time. If you're looking for a snuggle-buddy then look no further than this Jedi master.

When Yoda first came in, we were treating him for a bacterial urinary tract infection. After further diagnostics, we have since learned from the veterinarian that Yoda also is likely in chronic kidney failure, and so will need a very special and loving home willing to give him a lot of love.

Yoda's adoption fee has been generously sponsored by Steve and Marlene Truscott and Tiffany Thiessen. We are so grateful for their amazing support and we hope this will help Yoda find his new home soon!

Yoda will need to be on a special vet diet, and his new owner(s) will need to be involved in his palliative care which will involve routine vet visits and monitoring of his condition.

We can't say for sure how long Yoda will be in your life, but we can guarantee that however much time you have with him will be filled with love and cuddles.

If you are that special sort of person who can give Yoda that loving space to spend the rest of his days then come visit him today. You'll fall in love in no time!
