The latest data from Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health shows 16 confirmed new cases in Guelph on Thursday and two new cases in Wellington County.
There are currently eight area schools dealing with nine active COVID cases, six in the Upper Grand District School Board and two in the Wellington Catholic District School Board.
