Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health has confirmed a ninth person has died from COVID-19 in Guelph.
It is the first reported death since May 7.
The total cumulative cases of lab-confirmed COVID-19 cases so far in Guelph and Wellington County is 200, with 11 deaths. Of those 200, 146 cases are resolved.
