Matt started at East Side Mario's in 2004. He worked as a Prep cook and Line cook. He always wants to learn something new. He involved himself with doing inventory such as liquor/beer, small wares and food. He is a member of the Joint health and safety committee. In 2019 he entered into the East Side Mario's
Pasta challenge and became one of the finalists. In 2020 he was promoted to Kitchen Operations Supervisor. When he isn't cooking pasta at the old tomato he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
