We are a group of hardworking University students, who are all currently enrolled in business programs at the University of Guelph. As students, we saw some of the issues property managers had in student rentals, so we came up with a way to make their lives easier. After starting PGR Services, we quickly learned that these aren’t only issues in student rentals but are issues across all rental properties. We are committed to making the lives of property managers and homeowners easier while delivering quality service to the tenants.
Service includes 10-12 weeks of weekly cutting, going into June/July then moving to biweekly cutting as the grass starts to grow less. Includes cutting, trimming, and blowing.
