Sales Representative

In 1998, my family and I moved here from Switzerland to pursue dairy farming in Perth County. Growing up in the country set a precedent for me – I knew I could never live in a big city. The University of Guelph is what brought me to the Royal City in 2009. After four years, I graduated with honours from the Bachelor of Commerce program, having majored in Real Estate and Housing. The program exposed me to various facets of real estate, including property valuation and real estate finance, development, law and management.
I enjoy playing recreational volleyball, am a foodie and during my spare time, like being active outdoors, working away at house projects or visiting my family and choring on the home farm. I am fluent in Swiss German and have been slowly learning to speak Spanish, am a sub-mediocre salsa & bachata dancer and enjoy riding motorcycles.
What is an experience that has made you a stronger person?
Confronting my fear of heights (or of falling) by doing my first "Via Ferrata" in Banff; I now seek them out when I travel and feel that, overall, the first one made me more spontaneous and open to trying things that initially sound intimidating.
What is the favorite place you have travelled to?
Anywhere I've travelled that has had mountains. Switzerland, Patagonia, western Canada, specifically. It never gets old and in a perfect world, I would love to see parts of every mountain range in the world.
What do you love about being a REALTOR?
The fact that my day never transpires and ends the way I thought it would in the morning.
