As one of Canada's premier art spaces, the Art Gallery of Guelph (AGG) enages local audiences with innovative artists and ideas from around the world! Located in Guelph, being one of Canada's most innovation-rich and rocially-engaged urban environments, the AGG is proud to offer compelling artistic encournters and contributes to a larger thriving national artistic climate.

The Art Gallery of Guelph, originally known as the Macdonald Stewart Art Centre, operates in partnership with its three partners - the University of Guelph, City of Guelph, and the Upper Grand District School Board. Since its inception in 1978, the AGG has grown its collection to include over 9,000 Canadian and international works, from a number of artistic diciplines.

Beyond the social space of our gallery, the AGG's sculpture park is the most comprehensive contemporary outdoor art collection in Canada! Our garden features a number of permanent installations from regional, national, and international artists.

We at the Art Gallery of Guelph welcome you to visit us, and experience our collection of masterful pieces. Admission to the gallery is free, as always, and donations are greatly appreciated.
