Great that area physicians are joining forces to help improve the patient experience of local health care.
I have heard nothing about the inclusion of Patient and Family Advisors in the whole process.
As a former member of the Wellington, Waterloo LHIN as a patient and family advisor, I feel very strongly that the public's input is a necessary and valuable component of any such initiative.
Their omission would compromise the process as we, through our experience, have valuable input which could impact the overall success of such a process.
