Ten thousand dollars. ten charities. One hundred volunteers

Kicking off Canada’s National Volunteer Week, the Rotary Club of Guelph South is hosting the first Annual Volunteer Appreciation Brunch at Cutten Fields in Guelph on Sunday, April 10, 2016.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m.

Ten volunteers from ten local charities will be honoured at this brunch.

Local dignitaries in attendance will be Lloyd Longfield MP, Liz Sandals MPP, Ted Arnott MPP, Puslinch Township Mayor Dennis Lever, and Councillor James Gordon.

The event is sponsored by Davies and Mahnke Private Wealth Management, Hammond Power Solutions, and Investors Group.

Each charity will receive $1,000 presented by the Rotary Club of Guelph South and 100 volunteers will be celebrated for their community service.
