Launching Nov. 4, the Guelph Black Heritage Society is fundraising to build a ramp to enable wheelchair access to Heritage Hall. The goal is to reach $47,000 to create the new entrance. $4,500 has been raised so far.

Heritage Hall, located at 83 Essex Street, was formerly known as the British Methodist Episcopal Church, a significant destination on the 19th century “Underground Railroad” slave escape route.

Doors open at 9 p.m. and the show will start at 10 p.m. Tickets in advance are $10 and $15 at the door. Tickets are available at the door or by clicking here.
