Guelph police say a cash register was stolen from a Guelph restaurant on Sunday morning.

Just after 5 a.m. police were notified of an alarm activation at a restaurant in the area of Stone Road West and Edinburgh Road South and arrived to find the glass front door smashed. A cash register containing an undisclosed amount of cash was missing.
