The City of Guelph is asking residents to help develop a master plan for Starwood Park, located at 510 Starwood Dr. in the city’s east end.

The park master planning process is an opportunity for residents to share ideas and assist the City in creating a master plan that reflects the community’s outdoor recreational need and aspirations.

Until Jan. 26, residents can review three concept designs and vote on playground components for the neighbourhood park. The design concepts can be viewed here.

Feedback received will inform the preferred park concept design and residents will have an opportunity to review and comment on the preferred design between March 5 and 16. Comments can also be emailed to Jyoti Pathak at [email protected].

The final park design will be included in an information report to council in late spring. Park construction is expected to happen in 2019, pending budget approval.
