CMHA WW continues to take the health and safety of our clients, staff and community seriously in light of the COVID-19 situation. We are adapting our programs/services to meet the needs of our clients but also to comply with the Canada Public Health Agency guidelines for social distancing.

As such, we have decided to move all appointments, groups and children’s walk-ins to online, and phone services.

Our locations at 67 King St. in Kitchener and 80 Waterloo Ave. in Guelph will remain open only to clients who require injections or are in crisis. Sites in Fergus and Mount Forest also remain open for clients requiring crisis help.
The following FAQ is for clients to use to help direct them:

Appointments

Groups
All groups are cancelled unless you have been notified if they are taking place online or over the phone.
Injections
Injections are still taking place at 80 Waterloo Ave (Guelph) and 67 King Street (Kitchener) from
9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
All client are required to undertake the COVID-19 Screener .
