Actor/comedian Will Sasso is in Guelph filming a new movie.
Three days of shooting is scheduled to wrap up Friday at the University of Guelph. The filming is taking place at the soccer complex, where one of the fields has been turned into a lacrosse field for the movie.
The production is titled The Grizzlies. It's a Canadian production based on a true story about how a lacrosse team transformed a small village in Nunavut.
The lacrosse team helped reduce the rate of teen suicide and improve school attendance in the village of Kugluktuk.
