Guelph's COVID-19 Assessment Clinic is now located on the lower level of the Victoria Road Recreation Centre.
The centre closed at its former location on Delhi Street Sunday evening and reopened on Victoria Road on Monday.
Hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week.
The new location provides better accessibility and parking.
Public Health urges individuals not to visit the assessment centre unless they have symptoms.
If symptoms are mild, individuals should stay home and self-isolate.
For moderate symptoms including fever, cough or shortness of breath, individuals should call their physician and follow their directions.
For severe symptoms, individuals should visit their nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately.
Individuals are also urged to use the self-assessment tool found at wdgpublichealth.ca/coronavirus.
