Guelph Police go to a wide range of calls during a week.

Here are the total numbers for some of the calls we went on over the past week, from Tuesday, Oct. 18 at midnight until Monday, Oct. 24 at 11:59 p.m.

  • 13 Break and enters
  • 37 Check well-being of person calls
  • 5 Assault calls
  • 16 Property damage calls
  • 17 Alarm calls
  • 12 Fight calls
  • 28 Neighbour/Landlord disputes
  • 42 Domestic disturbances
  • 10 Public intoxication calls
  • 28 Unwanted persons calls
  • 30 Mental Health calls
  • 73 Suspicious person or vehicle calls
  • 59 Motor vehicle collisions
  • 33 Driving complaints
  • 50 Theft from residence or car calls
  • 27 Noise complaints
  • 9 Shoplifting

The Guelph Police were involved in 1,330 incidents in this time frame. Incidents involve everything from traffic stops and accidental 911 calls to domestics and break and enters.
