Crime of the Week: Troublesome taggers target church

TOWN OF MINTO - Sometime overnight on Friday, June 3, 2016, an act of mischief occurred at the Mennonite Cedarvale Church located on the 11th Line in the Town of Minto.

Unknown culprit(s) caused damage by spray painting graffiti on the church building, the garden shed and the playground equipment.

Cost for cleanup is estimated at $500.

CITY OF GUELPH - Sometime between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 11:15 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2016, a theft occurred from the location of Massey Road in Guelph.

Stolen was a truck described as a 2002 GMC Sierra, dark grey in colour, regular cab, lowered to the ground with chrome rims.

Culprit(s) left behind another vehicle that was stolen from a business located on Royal Road, sometime after 4 p.m. on the same evening.
