Culture Days is back for another year in Guelph, and across the province.
The 2022 edition of the Ontario Culture Days Festival, running Sept. 23 to Oct. 16, will feature a slew of events and promotions, celebrating arts, culture and heritage at the City of Guelph Museums and Culture on Carden Street.
This runs the gamut, from community workshops, a guided photography walk on Oct. 2, and learning new letter-painting techniques to create word signs with Guelph artist Meredith Blackmore.
There's also a Culture Days celebration at the Guelph Public Library on Starwood Dr. Oct. 1 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., featuring Guelph Fire and an inflatable safety house, as they show residents how to safely evacuate a home.
The celebration will also see Guelph Waste on scene with tips on reducing waste.
Guelph is considered a hub city for the Ontario-wide event, and events are free to attend.
