Guelph Police are looking to locate the victim of an indecent act that took place downtown during the evening hours of Aug. 23, 2016.
This female had reported a male committing the act while in his silver car in the area of Quebec Street/Baker Street.
After police spoke with the male in question, police returned to the victim’s location but she had left.
