The Guelph Fire Department responded to a truck fire at the Gay Lea Foods Co-operative at 21 Speedvale Ave. W. on Friday morning.
The incident happened around 9:30 a.m. and the fire was promptly extinguished.
No one appeared to be injured and no building appeared to be damaged.
A thick plume of black smoke could be seen from several kilometres away as several units responded to the incident.
