Ontario Provincial Police says an elderly man and a man in his 40s are in critical condition after a motor-vehicle collision on Concession 6, near Mount Forest.
In a Tweet, OPP West said a young mother and her two small children received minor injuries after being pulled from the SUV by a passerby when the vehicle set fire.
A 69-year-old male and a male in his forties who were in the second vehicle have been transported to a trauma centre in critical condition.
Concession Road 6, south of Highway 89, remains closed as police continue investigate the collision.
