As a result of a complaint from a local business in Guelph, police began an investigation into fraudulent activity involving an employee and record keeping. 

Investigation led to a 53-year-old man from Whitby who was an employee of the company being arrested.

He has been charged with fraud over $5,000, uttering forged documents and forgery. He will appear in bail court on Nov. 10, 2016.
