A Guelph man has been charged with arson following three separate suspicious fires.
Guelph police report that on March 12 police entered into an arson investigation at an apartment building on Grange Street.
There were two separate fires at the apartment building, which were both suspicious.
On March 14 at 2:27 a.m. police were called back to the apartment building, where there was another report of a fire.
As a result of this ongoing investigation, a 24-year-old Guelph man was arrested and charged with three counts of arson – disregard for human life.
He was held for a bail hearing.
Const. Chris Probst said the fires were not inside an apartment at the location.
