Jonathan was found safe and sound near a dog park.
Guelph Police would like to thank all the people that help spread the word through social media and all those that assisted in looking for him.

Original release: 5 p.m.
On the 13th of September, 2016 shortly after 3 p.m., Jonathan Sampson, aged 7, was reported missing to the Guelph Police Service by his family.
Jonathan is described as male white, blond hair, grey eyes last seen wearing a Justice league T-shirt, striped pajama pants and black boots.
Jonathan was last seen playing in the backyard of his residence on Southcreek trail and has wandered off in the area, possible in Preservation Park. Jonathan is very introverted and afraid of strangers and will likely run if he is approached by a stranger.
Anyone with information as to his whereabouts are urged to contact the Guelph Police Service immediately.
