Guelph rated third best city for millennials

Real estate portal used nine criteria to rank 85 Canadian cities

According to Point2Homes, a real estate blog that monitors and analyzes real estate market trends, Guelph is the third best city in Canada for millennials.

Point2Homes looked at Canada's biggest 85 cities and assessed how they would be for those age 18 to 24 based on nine criteria: home affordability, income, unemployment rate, crime rate, life satisfaction, health care, climate, level of education and the percentage of millennials of the total population.

Quebec City took top spot, followed by Victoria, Guelph, Halifax, and Ottawa. Waterloo came in at number seven.
