Just before 9 p.m. last night, a woman was walking in the area of Stone Road and Edinburgh when she was approached by an unknown male who knocked her down and took her purse from her. The unknown male fled on foot.
Police were called and searched the area but were not able to locate the responsible male.
He was described as black, approximately 6’2” tall, with a heavy build wearing a black winter ski jacket, black toque black jeans and black boots.
