The rain held off for Friday's fifth annual HOPE in the Street event in support of HOPE House programs.
Seven food vendors, five drink vendors and five bands were featured in the event, which took place in the Macdonell Street parking lot.
The skies threatened but by 7:30 p.m. the lot was pretty much full with people of all ages enjoying the food and fun.
