On June 22, 2016 the Guelph Police Service received the report that between 3:00-3:30 p.m., a man had committed an alleged indecent act while at Old Quebec Street Mall.
He has been identified and was arrested on June 28, 2016.
Keith Devolin, 71 years of Guelph has been charged with voyeurism and indecent act. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial court on August 9, 2016.
