NEWS RELEASE

GROVES HOSPITAL FOUNDATION

*************************
Groves Hospital Foundation was invited to Linamar Corporation’s head office in Guelph yesterday to receive a $100,000 donation to the New Groves Hospital Project.

This donation brings our campaign to $14.4 million, 72 per cent towards our goal. Construction on the New Groves Hospital is expected to start later this summer and is expected to be complete by 2019/20.

Linamar Corporation, and the Hasenfratz Family, have been longtime supporters of health care in Wellington County.

Linamar Corporation will be naming the Therapeutic Dining and Activity Lounge in the Complex Continuing Care Unit of the New Groves Hospital; providing a welcoming homey space for long-term patients and their families.

Groves Hospital is very grateful to Linamar for their incredible generosity!
