Having recently placed on The Globe and Mail’s 2019 Report on Business ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies, Balzac’s Coffee Roasters has been named one of the boldest businesses in the country as it celebrates 25 years of connecting people through great coffee.
At the helm of the 100 per cent Canadian coffee brand is female founder Diana Olsen. Passionate about giving back to the communities in which her cafés reside, Olsen will host Guelph’s thriving community of women entrepreneurs, visionaries and business owners for an evening of conversation, connection and great coffee with hopes of inspiring and connecting the next generation of female leaders.
What: A unique celebration of women empowering women. The event will feature an influential talk by founder, President and Chief Design Officer of Balzac’s Coffee Roasters Diana Olsen, a live, unscripted 'ask me anything' session with the audience, and a networking social. The event will be attended by Guelph’s most successful women business owners and female University of Guelph students who aspire to become female founders post-grad.
When: Thursday, Nov. 14 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Where: Balzac’s Guelph Café. 5 Gordon St. #100, Guelph, Ont.
Who: This event is being hosted by Balzac’s founder, President and Chief Design Officer Diana Olsen and moderated by Guelph’s very own Jennifer Freitas, founder of The Truth Beauty Company. In attendance will be approximately 50 of Guelph’s most successful female leaders; including influencers, University of Guelph students, small business owners, executives across various fields and more.
