The third time was definitely not the charm for a Stouffville man stopped for stunt driving in Guelph Wednesday evening.
Guelph police say he had previously faced the same charge in 2020 and again last September.
On Wednesday, just before 9 p.m., a member of the traffic unit was conducting speed enforcement on Victoria Road South at Bard Boulevard when he clocked a vehicle travelling 115 km/h in a 70 km/h zone.
The 20 year old is charged with speeding and stunt driving. His driver’s licence was suspended for 30 days and his father’s Audi was impounded for 14 days.
