Guelph Police report that they were able to confirm on Monday night that Victoria Uranick is safe.
The 20-year-old woman's family had reported her missing after no one had seen her since March 14.
Police said they would like to thank all the people that shared on Facebook and Twitter.
Police also thanked local media outlets that featured this incident immediately.
Police said there is no doubt the community effort lead to a quick resolution.
