Taste of Guelph returns this year as a modified version of the beloved garden party fundraiser in support of St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph. Passport to Taste of Guelph, presented by Linamar, encourages people to enjoy the fares of local restaurants, breweries, distilleries and more, at their own pace and comfort level while supporting St. Joseph’s.

The new Passports to Taste of Guelph are $75 each and go on sale today at www.tasteofguelph.com. Each curated Passport is filled with more than 30 exclusive vouchers which can be redeemed at participating Taste of Guelph establishments throughout Guelph and Wellington County. Look for tempting options from local favorites like The Wooly Pub, Miijidaa, Earth to Table Bread Bar and Sleeman Breweries, as well as some new eatery additions like Piatto Pizzeria & Enoteca. Passports also include Fergus and Elora establishments such as The Friendly Society and The Porch Light.

Rather than just one afternoon of fine food on the grounds of St. Joe’s, Passports to Taste of Guelph are valid from July 1, 2021- March 31, 2022. There are only 500 passports available and if you purchase yours by July 9, 2021 you’ll be entered into a draw to win a $1,000 Downtown Guelph Shopping Spree, sponsored by the Downtown Business Association. “

Taste of Guelph has long been the signature fundraising event for St. Joseph’s Health Centre and we’re so proud of the way our committee has brought it to life again this year in a way that keeps our community safe while supporting our local businesses,” says Sera Filice-Armenio, CEO, St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation. “Funds raised through Passport to Taste of Guelph will help to purchase the medical equipment our care teams need as they continue providing exceptional rehabilitation, complex hospital care, palliative care and long term care to our community.”

Passport to Taste of Guelph is presented by Linamar, and made possible thanks to many generous sponsors including Amico, Canadian Equipment Finance and Leasing Inc., The Co-operators and The GrandWay. It’s hoped that Passport to Taste of Guelph will raise $100,000 this year. To see a full list of this year’s sponsors, visit tasteofguelph.com/sponsors.
