RBC and the Downtown Guelph Business Association (DGBA) are excited to launch the 2016 Noon Hour Concert Series on Friday, June 3.

This free annual outdoor music event will continue every Friday at noon until July 29 (excluding July 1).

In addition to lively music and warm sunshine, St George’s Square will welcome a new and extended patio from Capistrano that gives customers the best view of the concerts, as well as a variety of food trucks.

Starting with 5 food trucks showcasing their lunch time goodies on June 3, and two food trucks for each concert thereafter, Downtown Guelph will keep you entertained and well fed !

Kenny Phelps gets us started with a blend of recognisable reggae and soul tunes followed a week later by drumming and dancing with the Sikh Youth Seva Organization.

With lively celtic strings from Ruth Sutherland, perennial favourite and ever-charming Josh Gabriel, and Toronto-based folk singers Reenie, St George’s Square has all your summer highlights.

Offering shade, bright sun loungers, free sunscreen, colourful  parasols, hula hoops and freezies, the DGBA and RBC welcomes you all to enjoy remarkable music in the sunshine.

June 3 - Kenny Phelps (popular reggae and soul)
June 10 - Sikh Youth Seva Organization (drumming and dance)
June 17 - The Wanted (folk and rockabilly)
June 24 - Ruth Sutherland (energetic Celtic harpist)
July 8 - Josh Gabriel (folk-jazz)
