TOWN OF MINTO – On April 27, 2016 at approximately 10:50 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call regarding a serious collision involving two vehicles on Wellington County Road 2 just east of Creek Road, Town of Minto.

26-year-old [name removed] from the Town of Minto was the driver of a 2004 Toyota and she suffered serious injuries. 

She was taken to a Hamilton hospital by air ambulance. 

Her passenger was 69-year-old [name removed] from the Town of Minto and she was treated at a local hospital with minor injuries. 

The driver of the 2001 Honda was 60-year-old [name removed] of Minden Hills. He suffered minor injuries and was treated at a local hospital.

The cause of the collision is currently being investigated by Technical Collision Investigators from the Wellington County OPP and OPP Highway Safety Division.
